Managers who run small skin care shops in Busan or Kyung-nam, Korea first gathered together for a small study group and there they discussed how important it is to work together to revitalize individual shops and to progress towards overseas markets.

Firstly, even though the beauty market is rapidly changing and developing, it is regionally limited in Busan compared to the capital. So we decided to share information and education with each other.

Secondly, we could reduce the cost for expensive products and devices via group purchase.

Thirdly, individual union members share their own know-hows to develop better and effective beauty items to create better competitiveness against big franchise using common brand.

Fourthly, it is very difficult for small shops to meet increasing customers needs. Instead, cooperation of several small shops will allow them to have services and marketing strategies of large businesses.

Last but not least, we are expecting to spread K-beauty globally so that we can build a platform for the next generation.
